  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Enhances the dish and adds richness.

Pasta

  • 300 g pasta (penne or fusilli) Choose your favorite shape! Both hold onto the sauce perfectly.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adds a fragrant kick.
  • 100 g spinach A handful of greens for a nutrient boost.

Garnish

  • to taste fresh basil Adds freshness and a lovely aroma.
  • to taste salt and black pepper Essential for bringing all the flavors together.
  • optional red pepper flakes For a spicy kick!

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Combine Ingredients

  • In a medium-sized baking dish, combine feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.

Season

  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes over the mixture.

Bake

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta is golden and the tomatoes are blistered.

Cook Pasta

  • While baking, cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

Combine

  • Drain pasta and toss with the baked feta and tomato mixture.

Add Greens

  • Fold in spinach and chopped basil before serving.

Serve

  • Plate and garnish with additional basil. Enjoy warm!
