  • 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets Choose vibrant green florets for best flavor.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic (minced) Adjust according to taste.

  • 1 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined) Fresh or thawed frozen shrimp can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos Use coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or avocado oil For sautéing.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • to taste Red pepper flakes (optional) For added heat.
  • for garnish tablespoons Sesame seeds Adds crunch and elegance.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Toss in 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  • Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.
  • Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or coconut aminos, stirring to combine.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
