  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Broth

  • 1 cup Vegetable broth Low-sodium preferred.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Whole wheat or gluten-free.

Seasonings

  • 1 pinch Nutmeg Enhances sweetness.
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste.
  • 1 pinch Pepper To taste.

Herbs

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme Or dried thyme.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Squash Preparation

  • Peeled and cube the butternut squash.

Sautéing

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.

Cooking Squash

  • Add cubed squash and cook until tender.

Mixing
