  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast Boneless and skinless.

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.

Bread

  • 1 loaf Crusty Bread French or Italian.

Dairy

  • 2 tablespoons Butter For garlic spread.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For Alfredo sauce.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.

Herbs

  • to taste Italian Herbs Such as oregano and basil.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.

Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the Bread

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the crusty bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Assemble the Dish

  • Spread Alfredo sauce on each half of the bread, top with sliced chicken, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Bake the Garlic Bread

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Watch closely to prevent burning.
