Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast Use rotisserie chicken for convenience

Pasta

Cheese

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese For topping and layering
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Sauce

  • 2 cups heavy cream For the Alfredo sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Alfredo Sauce

  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm and well combined.

Layering

  • In a baking dish, start with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, then place a layer of no-boil lasagna noodles over the sauce.

Add Chicken and Cheese

  • Spread a layer of shredded chicken over the noodles, followed by ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

Repeat Layers

  • Continue layering sauce, noodles, chicken, and cheese until you reach the top. Finish with a final layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Baking

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Resting

  • Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serving

  • Slice into squares and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or basil.
