Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Cut into 1-inch cubes.

Vegetables

  • 1 each Bell Pepper Chopped into similar-sized pieces.
  • 1 each Onion Chopped into similar-sized pieces.

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil Heart-healthy fat.
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds mild smokiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Adds warm, earthy flavor.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade

  • In a bowl, combine ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of cumin. Mix well and set aside.

Cut the Chicken

  • Take 1 pound of chicken breast and cut it into 1-inch cubes. Ensure the pieces are uniform in size for even cooking.

Marinate the Chicken

  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade. Stir until all pieces are well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Chop 1 bell pepper and 1 onion into similar-sized pieces. Optionally, add zucchini or cherry tomatoes.

Assemble the Kebabs

  • Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for a colorful arrangement.

Choose Your Cooking Method

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the Kebabs

  • Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. If baking, cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with dipping sauces or a fresh salad.
