Chicken
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast Cooked and shredded.
Sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese Or a dairy-free alternative.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Or homemade ranch blend.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Or a plant-based substitute.
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth Or vegetable broth.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 green onions sliced For garnish.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
