Dough

  • 1 package Crescent roll dough Store-bought or homemade.

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened, full-fat or dairy-free.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Granulated or coconut sugar.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Use pure for best flavor.
  • 1 large Egg Use egg yolk for filling.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar For dusting on top.
  • to taste Fresh fruit Berries or sliced peaches.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dough Preparation

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface, keeping the triangles intact.

Filling Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk. Mix until smooth.

Shaping

  • Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the point.
