Pasta

Creamy Sauce

Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan, coat chicken breasts.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Boil salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and parmesan until smooth.
  • Drain pasta, mix with sauce, and top with sliced chicken.
  • Garnish with parsley or basil and serve immediately.
