Prepare the Filling

  • Begin by finely chopping 1 cup of fresh shrimp, 1 cup of cabbage, and 1 cup of carrots. Additionally, mince 2 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger. This combination will add a burst of flavor to your egg rolls.

Season the Mixture

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp and vegetables. Then, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the flavors meld together.

Assemble the Egg Rolls
