Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well blended.

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Combine Mixtures

  • Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.

Add Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl

  • In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, add the remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Use a knife to swirl gently through the batter.

Bake

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool

  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
