Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger to create the marinade.

Marinating

  • Place chicken wings in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Baking

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.

Cooking

  • Bake wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Glazing

  • While wings bake, boil leftover marinade in a saucepan, then simmer for 5 minutes to thicken. Brush over wings after baking.
