Asparagus

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Make the glaze

  • In a medium bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Marinate the chicken

  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the glaze over the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the asparagus

  • Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over the asparagus.

Combine and roast

  • Place marinated chicken on the same baking sheet as the asparagus. Roast for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and asparagus is tender.

Serve
