Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: ground turkey sausage, bell peppers, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and cheese.

Sauté the Sausage

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Aromatics

  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes.

Incorporate the Peppers

  • Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Mix in Tomatoes and Seasoning
