Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add melted butter and warm milk, stirring until a dough forms. Adjust with more flour if sticky.

Knead the Dough

  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Make the Filling

  • Mix softened cream cheese with crushed Oreos in a medium bowl until well combined.

Roll Out the Dough

  • After rising, punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle (16x12 inches) on a floured surface.

Spread the Filling

  • Spread the Oreo-cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

Roll and Slice
