Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 2 slices Rye Bread Classic choice for a Reuben sandwich.

Protein

  • 8 oz Corned Beef Substitute Can use turkey, tempeh, or veggie patty.

Vegetable

  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut Drain well to avoid sogginess.

Cheese

  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese Melty and creamy, essential for flavor.

Condiment

  • 2 tbsp Thousand Island Dressing Ties all flavors together.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: rye bread, corned beef substitute, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.

Assembling

  • Spread Thousand Island dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread. Layer the corned beef substitute, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on one slice, then top with the second slice, dressing side down.

Grilling
