Mushrooms

Instructions
 

Sauté the Mushrooms

  • Stir in 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme. Cook for an additional minute, allowing the garlic to become fragrant.

Incorporate Broth

  • Pour in 1 cup of vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes to reduce and thicken the sauce.

Season

  • Taste your sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

Blend (Optional)

  • For a smoother texture, use an immersion blender to puree the sauce to your desired consistency. This step is optional.
