Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, minced garlic, ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Forming Meatballs

  • Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and mold the meat around it, forming a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Baking
